The Shared Focus Status on the iPhone allows apps to know whether your notifications have been silenced due to the presence of a focus mode on your phone. The feature does not reveal which Focus mode is in operation or other private information.

Shared Focus Status on iPhone lets apps know when you have a Focus mode like Do Not Disturb or Work turned on. Instead of sharing which Focus you're using, it only tells supported apps that your notifications are silenced. I've used it with Messages, and it's useful because people can see you're busy without knowing the exact reason, while still having the option to notify you if it's urgent.
