If you're referring to the Windows Backup reminders, you can usually stop them by going to Settings > System > Notifications and turning off Windows Backup notifications, or by disabling backup suggestions under Settings > Accounts if they're showing there. I did this on one of my PCs, and the constant prompts stopped after that.
